Claudine is the Director of Environment in Meinhardt Infrastructure and Environment Limited. She has joined HKIOA since 2004. She is the founding sub-committee member of Women in Acoustics.

She has over 20 years of consultancy experience in undertaking and managing environmental assessments and sustainable development studies for infrastructures, public utilities and property developments for both public and private sectors. Besides the involvement in project planning and design stages, she also has extensive experience in environmental monitoring and audit for construction and operation stages through different roles, such as IEC / ET Leader. Her involvement in various types of projects and different project stages benefited her formulation of practical and efficient design of environmental mitigation measures.
