Mr. Kwok is an Environmental Protection Officer in the Environmental Protection Department of the Hong Kong Government. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong before he pursed his Master of Science’s degree in Imperial College London.

Mr. Kwok has over 10 years of experience on the noise and acoustic field through his work experience in the consultancy, property developer and the government body. His specialist is on environmental assessment, particularly on environmental noise assessment and noise control.

Mr. Kwok had been the member of the executive committee of HKIOA over the last 6 years.
