Notice of HKIOA Annual General Meeting cum Annual Dinner 2025

Dear Fellow / Member,

Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting

On behalf of the Committee of the Institute, I cordially invite you to our 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled at 7:00 pm, on Friday, 16^th May 2025, at Forum Room II & Boardroom, Basement 2, Regal Hong Kong Hotel, (88 Yee Wo Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong).

Registration for the AGM shall start at 6:30 pm & the dinner (at Forum Room I, Basement 2) shall start at 8:00 pm. The charges for the dinner shall be HK$ 300 for Members (all classes) and HK$ 1,000 for non-Members, and reservation is required. Please register your attendance of the AGM and/or dinner through the online form https://form.jotform.com/251044498498469, AND tender relevant payments to HKIOA via electronic means**.

To receive the Annual Report of the Chairman
To receive the 2024 Financial Report of the Honorary Treasurer
To appoint an Auditor of the Institute for 2025/26
To elect Committee Members of the Institute
Any Other Business

If you would like to nominate candidates to stand for election of the post of Committee Members, please complete the attached nomination form and send it back to us by email to admin@hkioa.org on or before Friday, 8^th May 2025. Late nominations will not be accepted.
