Notice of the 2018 Annual General Meeting and Invitation to 25th Anniversary Kick-off Ceremony cum Dinner

Dear Members,
 
On behalf of the Committee of the Institute, I cordially invite you to our 2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled at 6:30 pm on Friday, 23^rd March 2018 at Diamond 1-2, 2/F, Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East (3 Tong Tak Street, Tseung Kwan O, Kowloon, Hong Kong) (MTR TKO Station). The 25^th Anniversary Kick-off Ceremony cum Dinner will be held after the AGM at 8:00 pm at Grand Ballroom on 1/F of the hotel. This year, the Institute has the privilege to invite Mr. Wong Kam-sing, GBS, JP, Secretary for the Environment, Government of the HKSAR, to be the Guest of Honour at the dinner.
 
Registration for the AGM will start at 6:00 pm, followed by cocktail reception at 7:30 pm. The dinner shall start at 8:00 pm. The charges for the dinner are HK$ 150 for members and HK$ 300 for non-members.
 
Agenda for the 2018 AGM:
1.      To confirm the proceedings of the last AGM on 22^nd March 2017

2.      To receive the Annual Report of the Chairman
3.      To receive the Financial Report of the Honorary Treasurer
4.      To appoint an Auditor of the Institute for 2018/19
5.      To elect Committee Members of the Institute
6.      Any Other Business

 
If you would like to nominate candidates to stand for election for the posts of Committee members, please complete the attached nomination form and send it back to us preferably on or before Monday, 12^th March 2018.
