Dear Members,

Thank you for your continuous support. Please find attached the Notification of the HKIOA Annual General Meeting 2017 for your information.

Our AGM cum Annual Dinner this year will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 22 March 2017 at Forum Room I, B/2, Regal Hong Kong Hotel, Hong Kong. This year, we are honored to have Mr. Richard Kwan as our guest speaker at this annual event. The topic of his talk is "The Art and Science of being an Acoustician”. It is a valuable opportunity to listen to Richard's sharing and meet other colleague and friends in the acoustic field.

Please kindly confirm your attendance by returning the attached reply slip. Limited seats are available for annual dinner and your early reply is most appreciated for our proper arrangement. If you cannot attend the AGM in person, please fill in the proxy form with your signature and return to us on or before 13 March 2017.
