VTC Short Course on Fundamental Noise Modelling

 Dear Fellows and Members,

We are pleased to invite you to join a short course on "Fundamental Noise Modelling" organized by Vocational Training Council (VTC) introducing the basic road traffic noise impact assessment methodology adopted in EIA procedure and providing practical training. As a supporting organization, 10% discount are now offered to HKIOA members. Course details are listed as follow.
