Role: Project Engineer 

Zemac is Hong Kong’s leader in Acoustic Engineering and Contracting. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our team on cutting edge construction projects in Hong Kong. We are a specialist in sound and vibration control solutions with over 50 years of experience working with private and government clients.

Sustainability has become a cornerstone for most major construction project. Joining our team will enable you to work on Hong Kong’s most iconic projects while learning how to apply noise and vibration engineering to help developers improve the probability, sustainability, and quality of their developments.

Main Job Description
• Lead in Engineering solutions for building works with a focus on acoustic treatment for buildings (New Build and A&A works)
• Develop and check detail drawings, plans, and reports for formal submissions
• Lead in calculation and simulation for design checking and submission purpose
• Contribute to cost estimation • Coordinate submission, approvals, and site matters
• Coordinate the flow of information between clients, consultants, and contractors
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirement
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience may be considered
• Experience in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering is an advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel are a must
• Willing to work from site as required
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
• Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills and ability to work in a team is essential
• Candidates must be motivated, independent individuals with initiative, who can work autonomously and are committed to delivering the highest quality services to our clients

The training program is design to position candidates with a strong foundation in construction or engineering to gain exposure to the core competencies in Acoustic Contracting and Engineering. This includes, design & calculation, site experience, project coordinate and management.
