On behalf of the organizing committee, let me inform you about ICBEN 2014, the 11th International Congress on Noise as a Public Health Problem, which will be held in Nara, Japan from 2014 June 1 to June 5. ICBEN congress is held every 3 years under the auspices of the International Commission on the Biological Effects of Noise (ICBEN) and regularly attract between 200 and 300 researchers and policy makers from across the globe. This 11th congress will become the first ICBEN congress held in Asia.
