HKIOA has signed an agreement with the Editorial Board of Journal "Technical Acoustics" on publication of the journal for two years for the period from Jan 2006 to Dec 2007. Ir Dr.C.M.Mak and Ir N.C.Cheung are the HKIOA representatives in the Editorial Board for two years. This journal can be distributed to our members free of charge. This journal was published quarterly. Starting from 2006, the journal will be published bi-monthly and articles will be either in Chinese or in English.

The purpose of signing this agreement is to cooperate with mainland acoustics professional and academics and encourage our members and acoustic professional to submit articles to the journal to share their knowledge of acoustics. In order to encourage more papers, HKIOA intends to pay publishing fee for papers submitted by our fellow members.
